Femke makes: Protein-rich Chocolate Overload Date Snacks

Ingredients:
- 180 grams of dates
- 50 grams of Chocolate Overload PROATS
- 60 grams of peanut butter
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- 40 grams of walnuts
- Pinch of salt and a dash of (maple) syrup
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into a baking dish. I used a smaller square one. Refrigerate for about an hour.
- Now melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the peanut butter.
- Pour over the date mixture and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts.
- Place in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut into pieces.
A delicious and healthy snack packed with protein and vitamins. So you can indulge your sweet tooth guilt-free 😉. Enjoy!
