Femke makes: Protein-rich Chocolate Overload Date Snacks

Femke (Instagram: @Femmfoodielicious) made us a delicious snack using PROATS' Chocolate Overload flavor! Want to know how? Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients:

  • 180 grams of dates
  • 50 grams of Chocolate Overload PROATS
  • 60 grams of peanut butter
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 40 grams of walnuts
  • Pinch of salt and a dash of (maple) syrup

Preparation:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour into a baking dish. I used a smaller square one. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  2. Now melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the peanut butter.
  3. Pour over the date mixture and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut into pieces.

A delicious and healthy snack packed with protein and vitamins. So you can indulge your sweet tooth guilt-free 😉. Enjoy!
