Can I make PROATS with (vegetable) milk, yoghurt or quark?
Absolutely! The base is hot water, but PROATS is also delicious with (plant-based) milk or as a topping for your quark. Feel free to experiment with fresh fruit or other recipes to discover your favorite, nutritious starter. Check out our recipe page. It's incredibly versatile.
Does PROATS help if I want to watch my weight?
Absolutely! The high protein and fiber content keeps you feeling full for longer, so you're less likely to reach for sugar or snacks. A smart foundation for a stable energy balance, just as our dietitian Lisa recommends.
Is PROATS also suitable for children?
Many parents and children enjoy PROATS for breakfast: a perfect alternative to the sugary options from the supermarket.
Why do I need so much fiber?
Fiber is good for your stomach and essential for healthy gut flora. It helps you feel calm and keeps your energy levels stable until lunchtime, without that annoying energy-dip. Fiber can also prevent many illnesses and helps you feel less bloated throughout the day.
Is PROATS gluten-free?
Our ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but are processed in an environment where traces of gluten may be present. This is fine if you're consciously trying to reduce your intake or have mild sensitivity, but unfortunately not suitable for people with celiac disease.
