We are Koen, Wouter, and Lisa. As a personal trainer, physiotherapist, and dietitian, we saw the same pattern every day in our work. You want to live a healthy lifestyle, but reality catches up with you. Work, family, social obligations… in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, good nutrition is the first thing to fall by the wayside.

    During my student days, I worked as a gym coach. I noticed that many clients found it difficult to easily eat protein and fiber. My twin sister Lisa is a dietitian, and my best friend Wouter is a physiotherapist. That's why I developed PROATS together with them. A super tasty and quick breakfast that fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle.
